TI Sitara AM62Px System on Module

Variscite’s Sitara AM62Px module brings enhanced multimedia and connectivity to industrial SoMs. The VAR-SOM-AM62P combines quad Cortex-A53 with an 800MHz Cortex-R5F real-time co-processor, 3D GPU, H.264/H.265 video acceleration, Wi-Fi 6 + Bluetooth 5.4, dual GbE, and 4x CAN-FD. Certified for industrial temperatures (-40°C to 85°C), it is ideal for multimedia-rich industrial automation, digital signage, and other applications requiring advanced multimedia and high-level performance such as smart cities, transportation, and medical devices. Pin-compatible with other VAR-SOM modules, this SoM enables seamless scalability across Variscite’s VAR-SOM Pin2Pin family, allowing customers to migrate between different performance levels without carrier board redesigns.
