The SoM runs on 1.7GHz Dual Cortex™-A55 NXP iMX93 processor with 250MHz Cortex-M33 Real-time co-processor, and delivers energy flex architecture, built-in security features along with industrial features such as dual CAN bus, dual GbE, and industrial temperature grade. In addition, it offers a wide set of peripherals and connectivity options such as audio in/out, camera inputs, certified Wi-Fi 6 dual-band 802.11 ax/ac/a/b/g/n with optional 802.15.4 and BT/BLE 5.4.
The VAR-SOM-MX93 is compatible with the VAR-SOM Pin2Pin family, providing maximum scalability and leading-edge capabilities; from entry-level i.MX6UL/6ULL platforms, through i.MX 8M NANO/MINI/PLUS and i.MX 93, up to i.MX 8X and 8QuadMax high-performance platforms.
