Submission of failing Variscite products must be done in accordance to the following procedure:
1. Notify Variscite Support regarding the failing unit.
2. Complete the RMA form provided by Variscite.
3. Once approved, Variscite will approve submission of the failing product and assign an RMA number and provide instruction for shipping the product.
The normal turnover time for an RMA item is 30 days. Procedure may be longer if special treatment is required.
