By purchasing the DVK every Variscite customer is entitled to support on matters such as:
Basic kit operation, OS images installation, kernel compilation and hardware support during the customer's product design.
Extended free support will be provided to customers at Variscite's discretion.
General inquiries that are not specific to Variscite's implementation, such as :Kernel / u-boot configuration and compilation, explanation on manipulation of GPIOs and pin muxing, etc., require the order of a hour support pool.
